one more question on a 94 there are 2 o2 sensors which one does the computer rely on more?
the driver or pass side?

Heh, that's a strange question. The computer relies on them both equally to distunguish between both banks of cylinders.
 






Jason is correct. There is a left and a right sensor, and each one tells the computer how it's respective bank of the engine is running.
 






so it is good to replace them both at the same time

Yes Certainly. Unless one happens to be newer than the other. But with a 94, you're probably changing them for the first time.
