OHV permit wash - oregon

Where do you get them?
I totally spaced needing one.
You can get lots of info about Oregon so I supose I could find that out but I cant find any info for washington. Something about NOVA?

What you want to look for in washington is a "northwest forest pass"
you don't need them everywhere just some places in WA
you can get a day pass for $5 or a annual for $30
in OR you need to get the permit they are good for 2 years

go to your city chamber's they have them there in the land use dept...or 4x4 store,

in oregon i have the dune permit, its like 2 years for 30 bucks, and a forrest permit is a lil more, but its better than a fatty ticket
