This should be an easy one but we will see..........

94xlt i noticed that i was leaking some oil so i crawled underneath the beast and checked it out! my old oil plug had cracks in the little plastic washer so i replaced the plug! well i had the car on a lift today and i looked again and still theres a drop, indicating that theres oil leaking still! could it be the threads are crossed? or what! any help thanks!

copper washer, forget the plastic crappy ones.
Buy a whole pack of them for like $5, I usually change them out about twice a year.
No more leaks.
If you are el cheapo put a dab of silicoln on the threads on the plug.
DONT OVERTIGHTEN to try and fix the leak.

Also you sure its coming from the plug, because lots of times thats just where it drips from.

i have just what ever the shop put on it! i got lazy and had them do it ! and yes it leaked before they touched it! umm yeah i also thought about the ending of the drip being there but i am not sure!
