ok i need some advice on coil springs

ok im having the hardest time to find a suspension lift for my 97 explorer 2wd. i want to get coil springs but im not exactly sure what they do. and also would they also work in the rear of my car to or would i have to get blocks or sumthing like that. im really stumped right now and i need some advice. please respond or email me countincrows2005@hotmail.com

Your '97 doesn't use any type of coil springs.

Try searching for terms like "lift", "tortion twist", "spindles", and "shackles". You should find lots of info on lifting your rig.
