Ok I Need Some Help

I'm having the same problem as you, I was going to buy a new tcase soon.

Is the brown wire postive 12 volts? befor buying a new one I was going to jump a wire from the batt to the brown wire below and see if it engauges

If i jack the truck up and spin the crap out of it in front wheels start turning at around 30 kph but seem like it doeant have enough torque

Sure can... Just make sure that the jumper you use is rated for 10A and install a fuse in case something is shorted out.

When you were checking for voltage at the brown wire on the transfer case, did you have the truck in 4high, and did you have it rolling in drive? If you're not moving, the dudty cycle will revert to minimum even when it's 'locked' in 4high or 4low. It needs to be moving before it sends full power to the transfer case clutch coil.
