Okay, i need someone in the know...

I have a set of two 12"s both with 800 peak 300 rms watts. I am trying to buy my amp seperate to save money. What do i need to look for here. I think i need a mono amp but i don't know how many watts to buy and what features to look for. Help me please

what brand subwoofer and series...........really wattage that it says on the sub can be overrated or underrated. so what brand and series is it

JL audio is all i know, bought them cheap from a friend's friend.

You will want to know the model # and what its resistance is ( 4ohm, 2ohm, 4ohm DVC, etc) because it will make a huge difference in what kind of amp you will purchase.

are they w-3 dvc's? look on the bottom of the magnet on the back of the sub, yes that means take it out of the box.
