In my 92 explorer the trans will not go into reverse and acts like it is in park
when you shift into nuetral

When you put the trans in neutral while it is rolling it locks up

What was the last thing you did with the truck before this started? Or did you buy it like this?

The truck was working fine untill I parked it for about a month,that's when the
problem started
