Only blowing hot air.

Hi every one. Total newb here with a question. My thermostat seems to be stuck on all the way hot. I can turn the nob, but it never changes temp. I can only get cold AC if I put it on Max AC and cut off the flow of outside air. Have any of you run into this? Can you give me any tips for fixing it?
