Open Windows With Key Fob? (Global Open)

I was wondering if it's possible to program the key fob to open the windows on a 2013 X Limited like this video of the Ford Fusion.

i tried it and it didn't work for my Explorer Limited 2011. Can somebody confirm if it works in their Explorer ?????

No go on my 2012 Explorer. Tried the remote buttons and the key in the door. Wonder if we can activate it in the cars computer or add a module. Anyone with a factory remote start try this?
