Options for a 96 2WD XLT

Okay, I'm new to all this explorer stuff, but I just "inherited" one, and want to give it a little lift/bigger tires. I am looking to go about 3"-4" suspension and I want to be able to clear 31's (that will work, right?). What are my options, and how much do these kits cost?

You're in luck. 2WD lifts for the Xs are fairly cheap.

You can get:
3" Spindles for about $350
3" Body lift for about $170
2" TT/Shackles for about $50

6" for around $500 is a good deal.

Do a search because there is a lot of info on this site. Some members with 2wd lifts that come to mind are GI Joe... and.. thats all.

EDIT: With spindles and TT/Shackles you could clear 33's. If you do all three you can probably get 35's under there.
