options to rebuild a 5R55E

98 SuperR 4.0 4x4
I will be rebuilding my 5R55E very soon. I would like to beef it up as best I can.....
Would anyone have any sources that you would recommend for parts?

I live in North Texas, Wichita Falls if it matters.

Also what would you recommend I do to it? What are the options I have.

I looked aroud through the threads and have'nt found much that way. Any assistance would be very much appreciated
