My 99 Eddie has been giving some erroneous outside temperature readings on the overhead console, being about 30* to high most of the time. Is this a problem with the OAT sensor and if so where is it located? I have read conflicting locations, one was said to be on the core support near the radiator, which side of the radiator? The other was said to be inside the overhead console. I looked around the radiator and did not see anything looking like it, before I start removing the console can someone give a little direction?

Agreed, I would check the sensor and see what ohm reading it is putting out, check the wiring at the connector for any cuts or opens. the sensor itself is located behind the grille, towards the driver side, in front of the metal core support.
