Greetings,
1993 Ford XLT, I installed a o/h console with temp sensor. I bought it used on Ebay. It has electronic compass, works great. The temperature display always reads -40 degrees, most likely because I have no temp. sensor connected. I know where the sensor plugs into the console, but what can I use to detect outside temp? Is a temp sensor bulb available? or can I use a thermistor? If so, which one can be used. ANY help with this dilema is greatly appreciated, and will allow for a more accurate reading of temp. than what I now have.
Thanks,
GQ
