The best way to find out if others have experienced a similar issue is to use the Forum's 'Search' program before starting a new thread.

11-7-21 COOLING FAN NOISE, LACK OF A/C AND/OR OVERHEAT CONDITION

Not sure if that would apply to yours. Most overheating issues were due to the dual cooling fans not working properly. Many were replaced.
If it happens again I would definitely take it to the dealer.

If you're concerned, I'd recommend letting your dealership take a look so they can perform an inspection. They'll be in the best position to determine if your vehicle requires service.
