I unplugged the DRL module because it was corroded and has failed.

Is there a way to jump pins so that the DRL remain on when the vehicle is running?

Anything is possible, given enough time, money, and know-how. However, practically the answer is no. Ford's DRL system of that vintage uses the high beams at low intensity. The DRL module creates the reduced intensity by rapidly turning them on and off, with the 'off' part of the cycle much longer than the 'on'. If you want to keep the DRL function, you'll have to replace your failed module.
