I had these codes in my 1996 5.0 limited, Replaced both O2 sensors on the Bank 1 side (passenger side exhaust tube). Reset check engine light and no more codes. I've driven it more than 400 since and still no light. There is an access panel on the transmission tunnel under the carpet that gives you access to 3 of the 4 O2 sensor wiring harnesses. It is definitely worth the effort to remove the center console to get to the harnesses. I used a 7/8" crowsfoot with an extension to get to the sensors, and it worked very well. Hope this helps anybody that has the same problem.
