P0171 0174 Running lean

I have a 2003 explorer 4.6l v8 where ive been having issues for years with the P0171 and P0174 running lean codes. Throughout the years ive replaced the PCV valve and hose, Intake manifold and gasket, and sprayed and checked for leaks and didnt seem to find any vacuum leaks. I also replaced the MAF sensor today and cleared the codes but they came back shortly after a 10 minutes. Driving normally on the road is fine, but when i have to give it a lot of throttle, it bogs down and doesnt accelerate. Im not sure what to check next but any help would be appreciated. Fuel Pump and or Filter??

2003 should have a schrader valve on the passenger rear of the fuel rail
