P0174 and P1151

Getting P0174 and P1151, no obvious vacuum leaks, gave the MAF a quick clean. Definitely feeling some hesitation from time to time, and I felt like I got a small missfire... so far only 1 though. Because I'm getting both, does that mean it's more then likely fuel related... or could it still be anything? (i.e. Bad MAF, vacuum leak, electrical...)

This turned out to be improperly torquered manifold bolts.

Four of the header bolts on the passenger side were loose, and one had completely fallen out. I went ahead and got myself a set of crows-feet to tighten the bolts. A lot of them are hard to get to on the TMs.
