P0443 and P0402 codes.

I P0443 on my scanner I replace the purge valve and re-set the computer. then I got the same code plus P0402 . I check my voltage on the valve wiring 12.47 and I have a negative -12.47 so I have good ground and the resistance is 32.8 ohms across the valve.
how can I check my canister to see if that is the problem ?

P0402 is the dpfe sensor.
