p0446 code

I have a code that says p0446, no noticable issues other than CEL, what could this mean? The obd2 scanner didnt help all to much on this...

If your 96 is like my 98, this canister is under the spare tire mount in the back underneath the truck. And mine has lotsa rust under it, there are wires going to it also. BTW it's good to see all the very young folks getting interested in fixing these old Exes!

what am i looking for here? I've removed the spare a while ago to keep in the trunk because the winch broke, but the canister looks fine, should i replace it anyways?
