Hey guys, it's been quite a while since I've posted anything on here. I was nosing around in the underside of my '02 Sport and noticed that my body mounts (bushings?) are dry rotted. So much so that they're just crumbling away.
Does the PA-883 body lift kit replace everything related to the body mounts, or is it designed to use any original parts? The reason I ask is because this vehicle is a beater/work commuting/possible project truck (even though it's 2wd, I want to give it an aggressive semi off-road look). I found replacement body mounts for $65 a set (I'm assuming 5 sets are required), which would make stock more expensive than the 3" lift. But if the kit requires using any original parts that may have to be replaced anyway, I'd be better off just keeping it stock.
Also, another thing to consider, it's got over 200k miles and I don't want to sink a ton of money into it if it's nearing the end of it's life. But then again, there's a certain level of sentimental value so there's that .
