Paddle shifters don't do anything. I have sport mode and paddle shifters but they won't change gears in any setting. I've left the battery unplugged for 30+ minutes to try and reset the system and while it was unplugged I took the steering wheel apart to make sure the paddles were plugged in. Web search brings up nothing pertaining to them not working. Found some stuff on reseting the tcm? I couldnt get any guides to work, not sure because I have a push start and the guides mentioned turning the key. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Forum.
I'm not sure why they aren't working but you can mimic a keyed ignition using the push-button ignition.

So for mimicking the keyed, they only thing mine does is push once no brake for accessories on and then again for off. But pushing again for off it seems like stuff stays on for a minute or two before completely shutting off. So I don't know if it's truly doing it right or if I'm missing something.

I haven't actually tried that other than just putting into accessory mode. I'll have to give it a try and see what mine does.

Not sure if they (Ford) changed it, but my 14 has Acc mode as well as 'run' mode with push button.
All below is without pushing brake pedal.
Push once for accessories (like radio only).
Push again for 'run' mode where everything comes alive except for starting engine. HVAC, MFT...etc all on.
Push 3rd time and it's like shutting it off where radio remains on and the interior lights come on and radio stays active for 10 minutes or so.

You do realize that you don't have to push for accessories to turn the radio on?

Yeah. I guess I should have included being able to open windows as well in accessory mode.;)
