Can somebody pleases tell me where I can find Colour code for the Red body and silver wheel arches on my UK spec 1998 Explorer

They should be listed on the tag that is located on your door jam on the driver's side. Mine is a red 98 also and the code for the red Toreador Paint is FL/M6758, here is a web page for the 1998 Explorer's with all of the paints and numbers. Hope that helps.
