Great job and the suede looks great. I cut gray carpet to put at the bottom of my cup holders to match the vehicle carpet but I think I'm gonna try that suede stuff. Black magic I have a black console and i just put about four coats of clear coat on the console peices and it looks nothing like stock. It shines better than my exterior paint.
Oh yeah I had to do the knife thing too.

Switches
The switches are for my 3.2+ million candle power worth of off-road lights on the roof rack and brushguard. A grand total of 8 lights in pairs.

Did your console feel "rubbery" when you had to peel it
Everyone keeps talking about having to peel a layer off of their console if they paint them but mine doesn't feel like anything but hard plastic. Maybe it's different in the 01 sport.
