Painting chrome bumpers??

I have chrome bumpers on my ex but want to paint them cause they are getting rusty , Can I sand blast the chrome off so it can be painted??

I think you can sandblast it off. Or you can rough it up and use etching primer and paint it.

Yeah but if it is rusting make sure you get ALL the rust out. Remember rust never sleeps.
