I've searched everywhere and can't find any reviews on this stereo.
http://store.yahoo.com/discave/pdphdicarcdr.html

Can some of you please give me your opinion. I'm not looking for anything too fancy, but I do like the idea of being able to play MP3s, and this looks like the ticket. Thanks in advace for any help.

It's a no-name brand, like Pyle. It's not Panasonic. No-name is a no-no.

I agree, if you wait a while, you will see it at one of those audio expos for sell for about 25 bucks. Not worth the time.

honestly i wouldnt even say take a chance because in the specs they dont list how many pre outs and at what volts the pre outs run..so its prety much usless if u ever want to amp any of ur speakers since the pre outs wont be very good

pyle although most of their stuff is crap i have their dvd player and it is great for only $120. Do i condone buying all pyle products no, but just because its cheap does not mean it is totally worthless. As far as this post I would never buy a crappy hu since this is the soul of your system

Matt,
I just did a search on Panny's website for "PD-353" and got no results.
There is no PD-353 on their list of models either, also, PD-353 does not resemble their normal model naming/numbering convention. All of their cd receivers start with "CQ", and I'm pretty sure it's been that way for at least 4.5 years.

Thanks again for all the help. It looks like PC Mag has it wrong. I thought it was too good to be true. Thanks agian. :D
