Parking brake part source needed

I am looking to find an aftermarket part for my parking brake system on a 2000 Explorer It's the small sissor like actuater that sticks out of the rubber boot and hooks to the cable. Mine were rusted together, and I freed them up a few years back, but they are now seized again.

Ford only sells these in a kit with other parts for over $120 ANy aftermarket places selling this part?
