Well for what its worth, Reese part number 118241 is pretty much the same thing.
Autozone sells a bunch of Reese stuff, im going to check there..

Why don't you contact Torri at fordpartsnetwork and give him the part number. He can crossreferance it for you. Thats probably an old part number and Ford has updated it to a new part number. Manufactures are always doing that.
