part number for gm tow hook and ranger skid plate

I just did a search and cant find the part number for the gm tow hook kit. i need the part number for the pair of hooks with bolts. also if anyone has the ford part number for the front skid plate from the 98+ ford ranger off road.

GM numbers

Part # 999866 GM tow hook kit- about $18.50 plus tax from my local dealer. Two hooks, two bolts, nut plates(i think), best deal in tow hooks out there IMO.
