Passenger Door Lock Not working

I fixed my driver side door... but just recently my front passenger side door wont lock with the key fob or the lock button.. before I rip my door panel off any ideas? Could it be the same problem as the driver side door had?

it will take you a few minutes to get the panel off, and investigate (and I haven't seen it on my truck yet - the passenger door rarely gets used)

Could be a broken rivet, linkage, actuator, or door switch.
Very difficult to diagnose without removing the door panel. GL

sounds like the actuator, happened on mine. Can you get the door to even open?

Ya my door will unlock and everything still. Just wont lock with out manually pushing the knob down. I should have some free time this weekend to try to fix it. Just wondering if it's happened to anyone else out there so I can do it quickly Ive taken my door panels off before to put my speakers in and to repaint the trim so Im well versed in that area lol

if the door still locks/unlocks normally just not with power, then i would say it's the power lock actuator...i'm having the same problem with mine
