So the passenger side door lock no longer goes up and down...so I need pliers to open my passenger side door....
What exactly is the regulator(?) called so I dont walk into advance auto and ask for the thingy that makes the lock go up and down.
And how easy is it to change / get the door paneling off?
Please answer quickly, I need to leave in a couple of hours.
