A phillips screw driver, an 11mm deep socket,
a pannel poper or some trim removal tool.
Two phillips under the door panel hand grab, remove them. CAREFULY, pop the door panel off. It will take a bit of work. The sides and bottom pop off toward you, get all of them free, then the top just lifts off.
Disconnect the wires to the door and set the panel to the side.
Disconect the wire coming from the mirror, remove the 11mm bolts. Reach over the door with your left hand to hold the mirror.
Reverse the steps to go back on. Wipe away all your finger prints. Go in to some left over turkey sandwhiches.
