Passenger window will roll down but not up

My boyfriend is currently at work and just messaged me saying that the passenger window won't roll up, he tried using the drivers side switch aswell. It goes down,, but not back up..

It's a 2001 explorer sport 2 door if that helps any!

Please help as we are expected to get 8 inches of snow today and the window is open about 4 inches

Could be the motor on the passenger side, or binding due to not enough grease on the regulator inside. Can also be a bad switch, even though it rolls down. Had to put a plastic tarp between the door and gaskets while I waited to get parts. Discussion here: Power Window not rolling up.
