PCM pin out question

I have a 95 Explorer sport with a 4.0L OHV engine and a 4r55e. I need to know what pin the PCM used to ground the O/D cancel light. The over drive works as I have tested, but the cancel light is none functional. I would like to do some further tests before I remove the cluster.

I was able to attain a pin out chart for the computer. It looks like pin 13 is the transmission control indicator light ground. Is this the correct pin to control the overdrive cancel light.
