As simple as the 94 Ranger seems it sure gives me fits.

i need to access the horn. i've been an under the tree mechanic for 30 years and i've never had difficulty finding the horn. From my research it seems that the horn is hidden in the driverside fender. is this true and is there any way to replace it without pulling the fender? i have not even been able to confirm that it is not the horn relay. does this truck have a horn relay? if so, where is it.

i believe the horn is on the drivers kind of in front of the wheel well.....you have to get at it from underneath.......but thats just my memory trying to work so dont hold me to that. and yes thwere is a horn relay and its located in the central junction box under the hood......il try to figure out which relay it is in a little bit

well i cannot figure out where the heck the horn relay is. its not in the central junction box and the workshop manual wont tell me where it is. but i did find that the fuse for the horn switch and the relay are #8 on the fuse panel inside. it should be a 20amp. but i cannot find the relay for the life of me. sorry

Do you have cruise control (factory)? If not, no horn relay.

If there is a horn relay, it should be located behind I/P, RH side of steering column, on bracket.
