Even stock there can be a few plugged. Caps can get old and crack/fall off eventually.
Assuming you have EGR (your a 94, so I think you do).. you have the following lines..
DPFE (EGR), Cruise Control, Brake Booster, Fuel pressure regulator, Automatic Transmission and one other one to a vacuum canister.
