Pics of transmission, is this bad?

I am replacing the solenoid pack in my 5r55s transmission, does this look bad? There's bits of medal in the old module and there's some work metal on one of the internal parts and quite a bit on the magnet in the pan. I'm not a transmission guy, so your insight will help.

I am a Ford Tech and specialize in transmissions. If it was me id want to pull it out and overhaul it/inspect what is all damaged. However we arent all in situations to do this. If it is driving fine hold out till you can afford to have it rebuilt. That is quite a large amount of debris. I recently had my transmission pan off my 02 4.6 explorer with 200000km on it off and the magnet wasnt nearly that bad.

Yeah that don't look good, if you cant fix it now I would quit driving it, it could leave you on the side of the road.
