Yes, I know there are only two wires, but indeed my stupid multimeter's probes are too thick to get them in to where the actual wires are so I can't test to see which is power and which is ground. Has anyone tapped directly in and knows which is which?

Thanks - Bishop.

Have you tried using a pin to push into the wire and then put your probe on the pin? I've used this method before in another application. I'm not familiar with the area you are working with so I don't know if that will work.

Yest the hot wire is the brown with white line on it, i just hook up my radar on to it. If you look behind the mirror there are two wires the bottom on is the hot one.

my limited has 3 wires.

blue, bluewhite, and black

black obviuosly ground - which is the 12v switched at the rear view?

trying to run radar

Why is there power going to the rear view mirror?

Where can I find a complete wiring diagram? I have the complete service manual for my Jeep Grand (previous model). Handy to have. Does anyone have something similar for our Ex's?
