Pioneer DEH-P6700MP

I have purchased the DEH-P6700MP for my girlfriend. When I select Random, it seems to not work correctly. If I put it in random order and I hit the next track button it goes in numaric order and does not suffle through. I have it on random to find a track I like, I would assume if I did not wanna listen to the track all I would have to do is hit the next track button and it would randomly select one. Which is not the case. In order for it to work, I have to sit there and listen to the song, and when its done it selects another random track. On my Sony Cd deck, if I selected random play and i hit the track forward button it would randomly select a song. This is a problem for me and my girlfriend

The Manual did not provide me with much. Its really pissing me off though. Give it a try on yours.

I've noticed that about my pioneer head unit as well. Theres really not much you can do to fix it. It will randomly select songs unless you hit next. I don't know why, but thats the way pioneer made it.
