Yes everyone, it is I again! I just can not get enough of this board and explorers. Well, several days ago, I posted a topic on the Superlift Steering and I would like to thank everyone for their replies. However, after careful review of my financial situation, the Superlift Steering has gone Superfast from my grasp. So, I am wondering if anyone knows of a dropped Pitman arm that will work for the JD 2.5" lift? I know that this topic is being beaten to death, but I like to keep things going Dead Link Removed

Take care and happy exploring!

The dropped pitman arms are the same for all full size and mid sized Fords (F150, Bronco, Bronco II, Ranger, Explorer) and are not recommended for any lift less than 3" because they are too long. You will no longer have an inverted Y linkage, and you will have worse bump steer and bad articulation of steering. If you lifting 4" or higher, Trailmaster and Superlift both make longer pitman arms. Good luck!
