I think you have to heat up the housings in your oven enough to loosen up the glue and then carefully pull it apart. Then paint everywhere except the bowl area where the light is. IMO, its better off to buy a set off ebay. lol

I painted mine and ill give you a step by step, but if you can buy them off of ebay. Alot can go wrong and your SOL.

1. Remove head lights from car using the 2 black tabs behind the head light

2. Remove the black mounting and and adjustment hardware from the housing.

3. Put an individual headlight on a cookie sheet in the oven at 250 degrees

4. Leave them in for 2or 3 minutes and then start checking them periodically.

5. Once theyre good and heated up take a flat head and carefully pry open the headlight.(make sure you wearing gloves or something while doing this)

6. When you have them apart take masking tape and apply it to all of the reflective part of the housing. Take your time doing this!

7. When you have everything all edged up and straight lines and the reflective part covered take your time painting them, use nice even coats.

Now this was very general so if you have any questions just PM me.

Note: Dont try this on the corner lights, just buy those theyre 25 bucks.
