So I'll be building a new box when I get I get another sub, after the one I order comes in. My question is, How hard is it to put a plexi window into a box? I am wanting to do this to each chamber and am not sure how. Or should I just do one full side in plexi to make it easier on me? but I would bod the plexi to the wood. wood to wood uses wood glue what about this?

EDIT: or would it be easier to just out the section to recess the window, and screw it into place from outside screwing it up to the wood. Kinda wanting to make it light up, this would probably work much better for me.

depending on how the box is built i either way doesnt matter. You have to use thick enough plexi not 1/4" I personally dont go thinner than 5/8" it does get spendy. the way i would attach it is to have the plexi in a routered channel in the box, then use some threaded inserts into the wood, then use a foam seal tape along the edge

Your edit would be the way to go.

You need to use lexan not plexi. Plexi will scratch easy and look like ****e.
