Plz Help, Seat Problem

I got a 97 XLT, everythings fine on it except for the seat.
not powered either, but for some reason it leans back when ever I sit in it, and I am able to move it by pushing.

I will lift the handle to move the back, push it all the way forward, and then back to the first lock, sit down and it leans back some more. Any idea on how to fix this, I dont have any money to take it to a mechanic, just got the transfer case replaced.

So the seat is reclining by itself when you sit in it? If so, it may be the recliner lever is bent which is causing it to engage.. I know there was a TSB on it.. I believe it was 98-25-15 Front Seat Back-Recliner Lever bent.
