PN help needed

Tracking down an issue that causes the rear liftgate on my 2003 Explorer sport to occasionally pop open on the passenger side while driving.
So I decided to replace that side latch mechanism.
I can't seem to dig up the part number for the latch mechanism, local Ford dealership says ".... we're not in the business of giving out part numbers".

Any help appreciated.

Any idea on the PN?

Found out the PN is F57Z-7843150-AA; part is NLA from Ford.
Any ideas where to locate one?
Looking on Ebay yields no results either.
Is there some aftermarket manufacturer or is a Junkyard the only option?
