Poll: Is the 3rd Gen Section more on-road or off-road

Without question most of the 3rd gen's on this forum are into off-road. Most seem to be lifted or have more aggressive tires for off-road use.

Other than me, who else has taken their Ex to the dragstrip? And plans to continue doing that? I'm going to take it a step farther and try a road course sometime

I have forza motorsports 3 for my Xbox 360 and I've been tearing up laguna seca with my twin turbo skyline If the stats of that ride are true in real life that skyline would be one helluva ride

GT5 looks awesome! I may have to buy it.

I wish they'd throw in an explorer in a racing game. 06-10 V8 ex. I've never been much of a video game person. I have 2 games I play: Midnight Club LA (awesome game) and FM 3. Waiting on TDU 2 to come out, maybe they'll put an ex in there.

This is the best thread ever! A choice poll, plenty of laughs and video game discussion to boot! fm3 I love, fully bombed GTO,chevelle and charger, i'm a fat c*** so I like me cars big, all it needs is the bathurst track and a ford xc cobra to be a complete racing game. I played racing games heaps over about 10 years I didnt have me licence for(pissy driving and before anyone asks, it was for driving whilst under the influence of alcohol NOT pissing my pants while driving) Now I just enjoy driving my ex and finally learnt my lesson-dont drink and drive unless...youre on a video game!

On road choice is catching up

FM3 I think I have a 2010 Taurus sho. That is one fast S.O.B. Those taurus shos are awesome...I just can't stand driving on the passenger side of the car.
Speaking of that, lynchywa...isn't your steering wheel on the wrong side of your X? Haha

Speaking of licenses....don't know how I really learned to drive haha The first time I drove was when my brother let me drive his Bronco when we went mudding Best first drive ever...I think I actually did pretty dang good.

I need to get an Xbox live subscription to go murder some race tracks, with my TT skyline. Here's a pic of the real life version of it..

I'm sure the moderators are getting just as many laughs as the rest of us. Thats a mighty fine looking japper (no offence) you've got there. Who'd of thought 25 years ago anyone would pay $150k for a skyline? They annihilated our V8's when some bright spark decided to bung them into our bathurst 1000 race.Godzilla '90 or '91, twin turbo awd f*****' sick, that wanker lost his job, the skylines won 3 yrs in a row before someone who wasn't a 6 pack shy of a carton decided to ban them.

On a different note my first drive was in my uncles 1966 ford xp falcon ute on his farm, mustard yellow and 3 on the tree. I think I was about 12 and have loved being behind the wheel ever since.

The second gens and 1st gens have a lot better stuff. My bumper got scuffed because the back of my X slid into a metal pole. The second gen wouldn't have had that issue. I do agree they are not soccer mom vehicles (unless you make em that), but that is the image america and several other countries has given them.

Don't feel too bad about the number cuz when I was going off road I hit something too hard and knocked my rear bumber loose

i love my ex and i do have bigger more beefier tires for winter but i dont take it off road(even tho i live in hickvill) because im into car audio and my car is about 600-800lbs. more than a noremal one. i love this forum for its helpful tipps but not here for off road
