My 2014 had trouble starting about a month ago. The digital speedo gauge and the Phone/Nav/Entertainment gauge both defaulted back to default display and my memory seats would not move. I had Autozone check the alternator and battery and they said the battery was bad. It was about 18 months old. It was replaced under warranty. No issues until today where the same things are happening again. What other things can cause this? Vehicle runs fine once started and this only happens periodically. TIA.

Not saying this is the issue, but when the battery was replaced do you recall if the following done as per the Owner's Manual?
After battery replacement, or in
some cases after charging the battery with an external charger, the BMS
requires eight hours of vehicle sleep time (key off with doors closed) to
relearn the new battery state of charge. Prior to relearning state of
charge, the BMS may disable electrical features (to protect the battery)
earlier than normal.

It might not be a bad idea to have the battery checked again before trying to hunt down other possible causes.

How old is the current battery?
Could just be the current one is bad and needs to be replaced.

Do you have ForScan? If yes, check the Battery State - this will tell you it's charge state. Assuming you haven't been doing lots of 5 min drives, then you should expect >75% as the reading.

Let us know and let's go from there...
