possible problem?

so i was assking about polyfill last night but i just realized i have 4 total cubic feet of air space in my box and didnt put a divider between the subs so if i did it would mean i would have 2 cubic feet of air space which is plenty of air space for my subs so do you guys think a center divider would make a huge difference in my sound quality it almost sounds weak right now.....

The only true use for a divider is as a brace. Or, if one sub blows, it doesn't cause the other to act like it is in a larger box with a passive radiator- likely killing it in the process.

divider is not necessary...each sub still sees 2 cu ft.

Like Infinity said if one sub blows the other sub won't see twice the volume. The sub should blow though if it is powered within its limit
