Going with the larger tire, the gear ratio will suck...
I guess the 07 has 3.55 ratio, same as mine (06).
By moving up to 265/70 not the looks will suffer, but the performance and gas mileage.
Some may not feel it, some may not be bothered, but the wheel diameter has just increased by some 2-3 inches. Now the torque at the end of the axle has to be larger to give the vehicle acceleration as before. It means - more stress on the trany, on the joints, gears bearings etc... As if you were constantly towing something...
On the other hand - on highway driving (flat driving, constant speed, no accelerations etc) - the gas mileage will be better, as per the same engine rpm the vehicle will cover more distance.
THe larger tire affects
acceleration.
If you go through the formu, you'll find that most who have gone up to 265/70 have also re-geared.
No re-tunes or whatsoever would help... Only re-gearing, to get same acceleration (performance) as before.
Check out the following links for mathematical ant theoretical proof of my words. Practical proof can be found in the forum (see Electricians posts):

There are useful formulas.
From my experience - 245/70 or 75 would look good, and minimally affect any performance whatsoever.
Here a pic how an 06 ex looks with 265/70 and Truxx lift kit.
(not mine -from truxx homepage, and one of the members here).
If you do want to get up to 265/70, then according to the forum members - put in a lift kit (truxxx or some other) and you'll fit the 265/70 on. Additionally - if there is some rubbing, a wheel spacer (1" or less) would remove the issue.
