Power Acoustic Fahrenheit amps?

Anybody got an opinion on these. They put out a ton of power for the price, just wondering if they are any good.

here's the deal.
theySAY that they put out a ton of power for the price. it's just not true, unless (like Brian said many times) lightning strikes it.

i had a power Acoustic a few years ago that had 2200 watts written on it. of course that was the peak rating, but the manual said it put out 1100 watts rms. that was just a bunch of B.S. because my Orion HCCA 250G4 was rated @ 800 watts rms, and it was MUCH louder (and cleaner power too).

look at the fuses on the PA/farenheit amps. mine had two 20A fuses on it. you sure as hell cant get 1100 watts rms through two 20A fuses.

not only that, but they dont last very long. you're better off spending the money on somethin that is built better.
stay away from the generic car audio market.

Junk! Pure JUNK! Yes they do put out the rated power. But at high levels of distortion, & not the full bandwith, or at car voltages of like 18-20V.

I know a guy with one of the newer models that constantly has problems with it. Trust me, you will never get the rms level out of it. I made the same mistake by buying sony. It has a lot of power ,but I have lots of problems. I will be upgrading to a crossfire amp when I get some more money.

i gotta agree with everyone eles on this one...power acoustik is not a good product.

their amps are way OVER RATED.
had a 1200 watt amp that put out 300 rms into 2 channels...and it was weak!!!
