I'm going to say yes, so long as you switch the tracks. I'll leave it at that and see if someone who's done this can chime in. I actually want to do the opposite and looking into it, all I need is to change the tracks and do the wiring.
NC is a fun day road trip, if you make the switch interested in parting with the old?
Looked into it a bit more, still appears to me that if you change the tracks (as the manual had locking holes, auto seats don't look like they do) it should mount up to exsisting bolt spots in the floor.
Again I haven't done any switch yet, just what I'm noticing. Still hoping someone can chime in and give a set yes or no.
